YogaHour - each Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm AND Fridays at 4:15 pm. One hour, all levels, $4 cash (checks & credit cards o.k.). All this, plus the magic of Anusara influenced yoga (a hatha practice).
Wednesday Hatha Class
The 5:40 hatha class has been expanded a bit -- now you can arrive a bit early (5:15) to join Don in a bit of relaxation, breathwork and chanting. His hatha class will begin at 5:40. Your choice -- add on a bit, or simply do the 5:40 class.
